Kim loves making connections, whether between companies and classrooms through eMentors or among people and groups to build efficiencies.

Kim joined the BestPrep as a part-time staff in January 2020. After graduating from college, worked in manufacturing for a short time before transitioning to retail. She worked at Target Corporation in various roles from store planning, merchandising and vendor operations. When she became a mom she took a step back from the corporate world to focus on her other passion of teaching children. She taught things from swim lessons, dance, life skills, preschool and was a substitute teacher in the Shakopee Schools. Kim has worked on a variety of programs at BestPrep, but currently manages BestPrep’s eMentors program.

In her free time, she enjoys swimming and hiking with her husband and four children. She also volunteers on multiple parent teacher organizations, youth sports boards and is a sunday school teacher at her church.
