In her role at BestPrep, Michelle supports teachers, company coordinators, and mentors in creating meaningful connections and experiences for students. She strives to build strong relationships, communicate consistently, and provide reliable support throughout each program. Michelle's personal mission is to make each person feel supported, valued, and confident so that, together, they can create positive experiences and opportunities for students.

Michelle spent 17 years as a high school teacher, where she developed a strong passion for supporting students. Michelle holds an Educational Specialist degree from Concordia University, St. Paul and currently works in higher education as a Coordinator for Site-Based Learning. Her experiences in both secondary and higher education have shaped her commitment to connecting educators, mentors, and students through meaningful learning opportunities.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. Michelle says her family keeps life busy and fun, and she values the time they have together. When Michelle has some quiet time, she enjoys reading and cooking, especially love trying new recipes.
