As BestPrep’s grant writer, Molly’s mission is to support expanded access to career and financial literacy education for Minnesota students by sharing the story of BestPrep’s impact. While Molly primarily works behind the scenes preparing grant proposals and reports, she also enjoys opportunities to get out into the classroom and the community by getting involved with BestPrep’s school year programs and Minnesota Business Venture summer camp.

Molly's interest in improving education opportunities for underserved Minnesota students grew from her work in a variety of roles in education prior to joining BestPrep, including as a literacy tutor, special education paraprofessional, college essay coach, and education staffing coordinator. Her passion for education led her to BestPrep in 2025.

Outside of work, Molly enjoys backpacking, reading, and volunteering at the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center of Minnesota. She also plays traditional Irish flute and concertina around the Twin Cities and teaches concertina lessons through the Center for Irish Music in St. Paul.
