Samantha has worked at BestPrep since 2014 in a variety of roles. In her current role, she works on the Classroom Plus & Financial Matters programs to coordinate sending speakers into the classroom to talk about their careers, soft skills, and financial literacy skills. She also works on BestPrep's summer program, Minnesota Business Venture, helping behind the scenes. Across her tenure she's proud of the many lasting relationships she's built with educators and volunteers.

After graduating with her Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Samantha started out her professional career as a Program Manager for Volunteers at a summer camp for people with disabilities. She had spent summers there as a camp counselor throughout college. This first job introduced Samantha to the nonprofit sector where she has remained, and her passion for the industry has grown stronger every year. Samantha has worked in some form of volunteer management, staff training, events, and youth development her entire career.

Samantha works remotely for BestPrep and lives with her husband in western Arkansas. Their cabin is situated on 11 acres in the Ouachita forest where they see black bears almost every day in the summer. She enjoys hiking, backpacking, and camping and has recently gotten into gardening and cultivating wild flowers.
