BestPrep is delighted to announce Alan Page as its Educational Forum keynote speaker. The event is set for October 24 at the Saint Paul RiverCentre. Alan is truly a Minnesota treasure; from a professional football player to successful lawyer to his historic election to the Minnesota Supreme Court, he has demonstrated remarkable conviction and garnered tremendous respect from those he encounters. Whether he was fighting for the rights of NFL players, or empowering thousands of deserving students through the Page Education Foundation, he is someone
who generously gives of himself for the benefit of others.
In 2016, Page was named as the Heisman Humanitarian Award Winner by the Heisman Trophy Trust, in honor of his tireless efforts in assisting students of color to achieve their dreams in furthering their education. Page joins past speakers who have included Thomas Friedman, Fareed Zakaria, Bill Bradley, and Angelique Kidjo, to address educational issues which will impact our future generations. His keynote address, “Tomorrow’s Leaders: Why Character Matters”, is particularly relevant in a time where personal and societal decisions are being made daily.
BestPrep is honored to have Ecolab Chairman and CEO Doug Baker join Mr. Page for an on-stage dialogue following his keynote address. Mr. Baker has built a strong culture of integrity at Ecolab and the company has been named by Ethisphere as one of the world’s most ethical companies for the past 11 years.
