Thanks for attending Birdies for BestPrep on February 8th at the Radisson Blu Mall of America! The event raised more than $70,000 for our organization and Minnesota Business Venture (MBV), the most we’ve earned since 2014! Guests enjoyed an assortment of food, signature cocktails, and activities, including mini-golf, silent auction, and a performance by the St. Thomas Summit Singers!
The most momentous part of the evening was introducing the MBV summer camp program and hearing from student alum and St. Croix Preparatory Academy junior, Arian Tomar, about his experience at camp and the positive impact it made on his life. Funds raised during the Fund Appeal portion of the event will go directly towards MBV to engage more students like Arian.
3M was honored with the 2020 Humanitarian of the Year Award for its continuous commitment to BestPrep in providing mentorship to Minnesota youth.
