Meet Tony, a student selected to return to Minnesota Business Venture (MBV) this summer as a student leader. He attends Austin High School and upon his return to school after attending camp last year, he couldn’t help but tell his friends about the awesome experience he had at camp. Last year, Tony was one of two Austin High School students at camp. Through his efforts, he successfully recruited 14 of his peers to come to camp this summer.
His passion for MBV is contagious because of the impact the experience had on him. Tony shared, “MBV impacted my life dramatically. The week on campus gave me more knowledge in business and the opportunity to make new friends that I now talk to weekly. The experience also opened so many doors for me. Because of MBV I am now interning at a Fortune 500 company!”
