We’re excited to announce that one of Minnesota’s own InvestWrite winner has earned national recognition! Henry M., a 4th-grade student from Oxbow Creek Elementary School in Champlin, placed 10th in the nation in the Spring 2025 InvestWrite elementary school division!
Henry participated in the InvestWrite essay competition after completing The Stock Market Game™ (SMG) in his classroom, led by advisor John Wippler. Together, they explored the world of investing, decision-making, and financial literacy, culminating in Henry’s standout essay.
Henry’s essay was selected from thousands of submissions from across the country. This incredible accomplishment is a testament to his thoughtful writing and strong understanding of investing principles gained through SMG.
Both Henry and Mr. Wippler received awards from the SIFMA Foundation in recognition of this outstanding achievement.
