2023-2024 School Year Ends in Glorious Fashion

BestPrep concluded it 48th school year in grand fashion by celebrating the exemplary work of teachers and students at its May 22 Annual Luncheon with 600 guest in attendance. Here are some of the year’s highlights:

  • 35,000 students served
  • Over 500 teachers participated
  • 487 schools participated
  • 5,000 volunteers participated representing more than 65,000 hours
  • In-person Meet and Greets and Cloud Coach Summits were back from COIVID in full force. A special thank you to the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and the St. Paul College for hosting Summits when companies were unable to do so.
  • 100% of students who participated in eMentors indicated they gained a better understanding of the skills needed for a career in a professional field.
  • More than 1,800 students received a mock interview through our Classroom Plus program year, our highest yet!
  • A new Financial Matters presentation called Money Personalities was created and piloted this year.
  • Stock Market Game registration has continued to grow steadily 10-12% since 2020 with almost 13,000 students participating.
  • Minnesota Business Venture filled both of our summer camps with excited students ready to learn more about future career opportunities.
