One of BestPrep’s values is keeping its employees, stakeholders, students, and teachers safe while we continue to experience COVID in our community. Beginning November 1, 2021, BestPrep’s policy regarding vaccinations and negative test results will change. See below for how it may affect you.
BestPrep employees: All BestPrep employees must show proof of vaccination or test negative within 72 hours of working or visiting the BestPrep office. Masks are required for staff who are not vaccinated and optional for those who are. Staff who will be working onsite at other businesses, schools, or organizations must comply with the policy of the institution as a requirement of their employment with BestPrep. Vaccinated staff should bring their vaccination cards upon visiting those institutions.
BestPrep volunteers: BestPrep will not be collecting vaccination details from volunteers, but if they are entering a school to volunteer with students, they should be prepared to provide this information to the school.
